The Panorama Building Process

Choice, Viewing & Consultation

Selecting the right building.

Browse the range of Panorama Buildings on-line
Choose between Panorama Buildings or the Modular Homes - Custom path (ask for the full custom process if you like!)
On-line Consultation or Show-home Viewing by Appointment: Make an appointment for an online consultation, a Showhome viewing or to meet at the Sales Office at our Kerepehi construction yard.
Needs Assessment: Discuss size, layout, intended use (e.g., cabin, office, secondary dwelling), site access, and budget.
Site Check Discussion: Confirm your basic site constraints (slope, access width for delivery trucks, and council/consent requirements).

Plans, Specifications & Quotation

Finalising choices, specs and inclusions and exclusions.

Plan Selection: The customer chooses one of the standard plan options, and then chooses any Upgrades & Extras
Define the products via the Specification Schedule
Confirm Inclusions/Exclusions
Quotation: Provide an itemised quotation detailing the build cost, payment schedules and estimated build timeframe.

Agreement Signing & Deposit

Locking in the build spot.

Panorama will offer a Building Sale and Purchase Agreement including
- Concept Plan Set including floor plan & elevations, electrical & floor-coverings plan
- Building Quotation
- Payment Schedule
- Completion Date
- Guarantee and Warranty
- Colour Schedule
- Terms and Conditions
Agreement Signing: The customer signs the Sales Agreement documentation and accepts terms.
Deposit Payment: Agreement Deposit is paid to reserve the factory build slot and start the process.
Consents (If Applicable): Initiate any required building consents or council documentation.

Construction Progress and Completion

Building off-site in the Panorama Transportable's yard.

Yard Construction: The building is constructed in our yard under controlled conditions built to the plans and specifications as detailed in the Agreement.
Progress Milestones: Fortnightly or major stage updates are sent to the customer as they occur.
Completion Final Inspection: Building Completion, QC inspection, electrical/plumbing testing, and build completion sign-off undertaken(ready for pick-up)

Final Payment & Handover

Final walkthrough and documentation.

Client Inspection and Sign-Off: The customer performs a final pre-delivery walk-through inspection (in person or via video chat) and signs acceptance.
Final Balance Paid: The final balance payment is settled prior to dispatch.
Handover Documentation: Hand over keys, owner manuals, warranties, and compliance certificates as appropriate.

Dispatch & Transport Departure

Leaving the yard for your site.

Loading: The completed building is ready to be loaded and commence the journey to your site, by your selected house transportation company.
Off the Yard: The truck departs the yard for delivery and placement on the customer's site.
